Please note that whether or not you receive our emails, you will still be responsible for the most current versions of our legal policies.You will also have the option to provide your phone number and specify whether you prefer to be contacted by email or phone when using certain services (when making inquiries, for example). If you choose to provide your phone number, it will be used only to provide you with the service you have requested.
ACCOUNTS AND USER PROFILES
Your user profile is, by default, set to "Public". Certain information that you enter in your user profile, including your name, surname, profile picture, location, bio, interests, artworks you like, artists and users you follow, will be accessible to public through the Site, in order to facilitate interaction between users. You can set your user profile to "Private", in which case, certain information will be accessible to other users registered on the Site. Please only add additional information to your profile if you are comfortable sharing it with others on the Site.
If you update your user profile information, we may keep a record of the unrevised information. You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions posted on the Site. We may keep a record of the Personal Information associated with terminated accounts.
We may have other individuals or entities provide products or services for us in connection with the Site. These agents may access Personal Information, if needed to provide their service, and will not be permitted to use Personal Information for other purposes. Agents may include email service providers, computer database hosts, analytics companies, fulfillment companies, and other administrative service providers.
AFFILIATES AND CONTENT PARTNERS
We work with a number of affiliates, including the "Content Partners" who provide the artworks exhibited on the Site. We may offer services together with affiliates, and if you choose to use one of these services, the related affiliate may access your Personal Information as needed to provide you with the requested service.

We may share information about user behavior (i.e. how users are using our services and interacting with the Site) with our users or other third parties, by email, on the Site or otherwise, to inform others about how various aspects of the Site are being used. This information will be in the form of aggregated statistical reports or observations and will not identify any individual user.
Cookies are small data files placed on your computer’s hard drive that allow us to keep a record of how and when you visit pages on the Site, or to keep you logged in so you don't have to re-enter your password each time you visit the Site. Unless you have specifically agreed or requested otherwise, your Personal Information associated with any sales you are involved in on the Site will be treated as confidential.
