Yes. All transactions on art:i:curate are processed using Stripe, whose payments infrastructure meets and exceeds the most stringent security standards. For more information about Stripe’s secure system click here.
art:i:curate does not store your full card details. Only the last four digits and expiration date are displayed so that you know which of your cards you are using. You can delete your card details at any time in the Payment Methods section of your Account Settings.
Unfortunately, credit card companies do not share with us the reasons as to why cards are declined. If your card is declined, we will get in touch with you to update your payment information and re-process your payment for membership or ticket booking. If we are unable to resolve membership payment issues within 14 days, your monthly membership will be cancelled.
We don’t currently have an option to change your card details in your Account Settings, but you can email us with your phone number and we will call you back to amend your card details.
You can pay for your C:LAB membership by card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you would like to make a payment for your yearly membership by bank transfer or PayPal, contact us here.
