The series "Animals, images about life, death and humanity" engages with edges in photography, museology (taxidermy), the visual symbolism and pictorial aesthetics.
Entering the world of natural history through a research that expands the way of showing the settings, differentiating them from what we are accustomed to see in museums of natural history. Conducting a study of the flora and fauna accompanied by disconcerting and critical situations where the animal world includes the human as one more participant of it. This proposal is done by using the language of symbolism which has been found throughout the history of art in still life/vanitas including the beauty of the strange, the beautiful and the ugly.
